Welcome to our annual Christmas in July presale where we showcase our plans for this years {over the top} Christmas mini sessions.  This year’s theme is Home for the Holidays because we wanted to create a cozy, at home Christmas feeling.  And knowing how hot it is already here in South Florida in July, we thought a nice indoor venue would be an awesome change of pace.

Christmas Mini Session SETUPS: (your session fee includes your choice of 2 setups)

1.  Cozy Fireplace – think digital fire with blankets, pillows and cuddles galore.  This seated setup will include neutral fixins with Christmas tree, presents and pops of Sage, creams and golds
2. Neutral Posted Bed Setup with Bench – This setup will be wrapped with twinkle lights, hanging Christmas ornaments, blankets, pillows but on a (off the ground) seated arrangement.  This setup will include more golds, creams with pops of crimson.
3.  Christmas Bed Setup – this setup will be great for the more color enthusiast with traditional pops of classic red, green and creams. Our little Christmas bedroom will be filled with pops of joy and Santa as you cuddle up on the bed for some serious snuggles and laughs.
4. HOLIDAY BOUDOIR – this set is for the ladies only and features a clawfoot tub for an extra special “present” this year.  If you would like to add on the Holiday Boudoir set to any regular family session privately, just message us for special arrangements.

BONUS SETUP:

1.  Tropical Oasis  – to really showcase what Christmas in Florida is all about.  This outdoor neutral setup is for the family that would like some images that can be displayed all year long.  Our Tropical BOHO vibes will have you beaming with extra smiles, palms and just a few twinkle lights ( I mean it is Christmas after all).  This bonus set comes with an additional 5 images and can be added on for highly discounted price.

Mini Session Prep & FAQ’s

1. How long are the sessions?  Each session is approximately 20  minutes in two sets.
2. Can the whole family participate in these sessions?  Absolutely, we don’t want to leave out any dads or partners but the sessions are limited to 5 immediate family members (additional family members may result in additional fee for time)
3.  How long does it take to get back the images?  Galleries will be delivered in the order the client books and will be sent via email in 5 – 7 days.
4.  Will there be more than 10 images in my gallery and can I purchase more?  Yes, there will be quite a few options in each families’ gallery.  You will also be given the option to “earn”or purchase more digital images at a discounted price.
   

   Now some extra tips from our Fellow Mama Hearts:

5. We are aiming for personality…not perfection! All those little things that make your little ones your little ones (yes, even the things you might wish they would not bring to a portrait session!) are what make them so adorably them. The best, most treasured and memorable photos are the ones that show true, honest moments. As such, come with the expectation that your little ones will likely do some things you wish they would not do. They may ruffle up the perfectly pressed portrait outfit. They may tug their hair bows until they are completely lopsided on the wrong side of their head. And they may even sneak in that funky new favorite spoon they have spontaneously become completely enamored with. And guess what? All of these things are normal, and all of them are what will make your family portraits your family portraits. Perfection is overrated, anyway.

6. As you manage your own expectations, remember to manage those of your little ones, too. Let them know ahead of time that they are getting their picture taken, and about how long it will take. Snapshots not their favorite Saturday activity? Throw in a trip to the drive thru to scoop up their favorite milkshake as part of the complete agenda once the portrait session is checked off their little to do lists.

7. Most importantly? Have fun. As we shared earlier, your family and the personalities inside of it is what makes you all so beautifully unique and special. Having fun during your session as a family will allow all of those personalities to shine more beautifully than ever—giving you portraits and a fun afternoon together that are both unforgettably special for years to come.
