The Club at The Strand Wedding – Month of Coordination & Photography
The Club at The Strand Wedding day never disappoints. Add to a stunning venue a gorgeous, stylish, and up-for-adventure couple, and true paradise has been found! In the planning stages, when we asked the couple what they were most looking forward to, Molly shared, “To just ENJOY it! I’m really hoping I’m able to be present so want to hire professionals who will help me ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.” Alongside a rock star team of fellow Southwest Florida wedding vendors, together we ensured Molly’s dream came true.
Molly’s vision was “classic/romantic/hints of boho. Lots of candles everywhere.” Additionally, the duo selected a color palette of whites, blushes, and champagnes. Likewise, with the boys wearing light grey, and the girls with mismatched bridesmaids gowns of champagnes, blushes and beads, her desired vision was achieved in both décor and attire.
As a part of our Day of Coordination services, we started working with Molly and John intensely right around 45 days prior to their big day. There are alot of details to coordinate between major vendors to ensure the perfect day. Alot of planning goes into perfectly scheduling transportation between bridal parties, guests and movement between the multiple locations of the day. Molly and John choose to get ready separately but to meet at the venue prior to their ceremony for their First Look and Bridal Party photos. This stop allowed us the not only photograph the venue during the brighter part of the day, it also gave us an opportunity the freshen up before the ceremony at the Church.
First Looks allow for you to enjoy more time with your guests during cocktail hour and the eat some of those yummy appetizers you paid for :).
Nearing the end of cocktail hour, we snuck the couple out on the golf course for a few sun-kissed, sunset photos and topped off the event with a Sparkler Entrance to the dance floor. See more about Sparkler Entrances here
