One of the things that we love about Southern Waters is its natural beauty that allows you to enhance it as far as your imagination will take it.
Hannah and Connor clearly had a vision for their wedding day. They used the beautiful greens that surrounded them as a base, combined with soft whites to create this classic and sweet look.
Fur-babies are welcome, here!
Other then the decor, some of our favorite highlights was having the Bride and Groom’s fur-babies there! These two adorable pups made their debut right after the ceremony for a special photo with mom and dad. Speaking of special photos, Hannah choose to do a first look with both her bridesmaids and Dad. Curious about incorporating a “first look?” Let us know about this prior to the wedding day, and we will add this sweet trend to your photos. We have captured first looks for the bride and groom, bridesmaids, and father of the bride, to name a few. It’s always fun photographing these reactions.
If we weren’t already emotional with a first look, when Hannah noticed that her hubby-to-be wrote on the bottom of her wedding shoes, the whole room couldn’t keep it together. We just love little surprises like this!

The Ceremony & Reception
Hannah and Connor were married under the moss-covered oak trees surrounded by family and friends. Their officiant talked about how these large trees start as seeds and become giant oaks, rooted in the ground. A tree is much like the love that starts as something small and turns into a lifetime of happiness and commitment. Other details included their pups, tears of joy on the dance floor, and a candle-lit reception.
