Edgewater Beach Hotel Naples Florida. We first met Maggie and Michael through their amazing wedding coordinators K&A Weddings and Events. Kayla and her partner helped arrange all of the details for Maggie and Michael’s destination wedding here in Southwest Florida, starting with their Engagement Session at the Naples Pier all the way through their beautiful day at the Edgewater Beach Hotel Naples, Fl.

We asked Maggie what drew her to Southwest Florida for her destination wedding:

We chose SWFL and the Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples Florida because of the wonderful weather at the end of the year around New Years! Michael’s family also vacations around the area every year so we love the area. We also got engaged on Bonita Beach so we wanted to get married somewhere close by! I also always dreamed of my toes in the sand on my wedding day and he wanted to make my dreams come true and since he is a farmer that meant we would have to have a winter or summer wedding and I did not want a summer wedding so we went with a winter wedding and knew we would need to be pretty far south to have beautiful weather!

Why we love first looks photos.

There are so many reasons to consider a first look for your wedding day.  First, is that it creates genuine, unscripted moments between you and your fiancé.  When we set up the first look, we don’t allow anyone else to participate which gives you the alone time to really appreciate the moments of what is about to happen and to create some beautiful imagery.
