The Gift of a Moment
Recently I had the realization that our Google Home device had the ability to act as a digital photo frame. A big fan of prints, I didn’t realize just how much I would love having a moving slideshow of all of some of our favorite family moments on repeat…in my kitchen no less! Suddenly there is a constant reminder of how blessed I am to be a momma to my two boys, and what a wonderful gift that is.
The Value of a Photograph
Before you start thinking this is a sales pitch for a digital photo frame, it’s not. More so, it’s one of the many reasons that, as mother’s we value our photographs. We love to look back on how small our babies were, and remember with fondness all of the sweet little moments and travels that we have taken. It’s why Kelly and I have become photographers to begin with. We believe in preserving memories and take great pride in knowing that we are often at the very beginning of a family’s journey, and how most of our brides turn into one of the many women/families that keep coming back to us for photograph.
Spring Mini- Recap
The last Sunday of April we held a day long of our Spring Mini-Sessions- and they turned out absolutely beautiful! The really great thing about them was that we got to see so many different views of motherhood. Momma’s with one on the way, Momma’s with their toddlers, and Mom’s bringing three generations together.
Both Renee and I took this time to capture our journeys as they are right now. These moments are ever fleeting and deserve to be preserved forever!
