A Celebration Full of Personality
The Ostranders kicked off their reception with an unforgettable entrance to “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” by ABBA—setting the tone for a night of fun and celebration. Grandpa Ted offered a heartfelt blessing, and a lineup of toasts from family and friends brought laughter and a few happy tears.
As dinner wrapped, the sun dipped low over the river, giving us the dreamiest light for their sunset portraits. This golden window was a favorite moment for the couple—and one of our favorite times to capture candid, romantic images.
Dancing, Cake, and a Private Last Dance
Once the sun had set, the dance floor came to life. Sweet, emotional dances between the bride and her father and the groom and his mom flowed right into the couple’s first dance to “Beige” by Yoke Lore. Then it was time to let loose, laugh, and celebrate as the party opened up.
Later, the couple stepped away for a private cake cutting—a quiet moment just for them before rejoining the celebration. And to end the night, they chose one last private dance to Frank Sinatra’s “My Way.” It was the perfect, cinematic close to an unforgettable day.
